A nice relaxing weekend allowing us to heal and recuperate is just what we need right now and we have a number of great places to help you recharge your body with activities needed to relax, recuperate and heal - or you find your nearest oasis for recharging. 

We are consciousness and information far before we’re physical! We are sleeping giants with great powers within us, the life force energy that is present in every cell, throughout our body and soul. Most major cultural traditions call it a “vital energy” that guides someone’s physical and mental processes. It is described as the electromagnetic energy, an electromagnetic phenomenon, a form of light energy, a bio-electromagnetic energy or electricity that flows through everything in creation. In Indian culture, it’s called prana. In Greek culture, it’s called pneuma. In Chinese culture, it’s called qi.

Let's act preventively, take care of yourself and find your balance - stepp outdoors because nature supports our body's inherent ability to heal itself!!

This can also be a nice opportunity for you to explore nearby Ostrozac Castle, one of the best preserved medieval castles in Bosnia and the town of Cazin known for its long tradition of craftsmanship.

A few tips to help us recover:
Your brain needs to rest, relax and switch off your phone, tv and other devices as often as you can. Take a break for at least 15 min because these devices stimulate the mind way too much, and that is the exact opposite of what we’re trying to accomplish - to rest and relax.

Exercise! Moving your body helps wake up your mitochondria, the part of your cells that generate energy. Taking a brisk walk only several times per week can make your mitochondria double in size, which helps the body produce more energy. Exercise will also help you combat the effects of chronic stress on health, and if we exercise outside in green spaces we will additionally increase our resilience to stress, reduce anxiety and worry.

Opt for a little bit of heat and a massage. Sauna and a massage will help our body heal by making our blood flow faster than normal. Blood is the key to healing our muscles. Heat and a massage stimulate blood flow, and that is what we need to heal our tired muscles, flush toxins from our body. Sauna can improve our health in many ways. Spending time in a sauna can strengthen our heart, enhance our mental health, and promote natural detoxification.
