Bihac creatives and citizens have responded to the initiative of a young urban artist and joined the first-ever successful street art festival to help beautify the streets and support the necessary shift in consciousness.

ŠpicaArt Fest is a street art project initiated by Anik Dub a young academic artist from Bihac. Sadly, Anik transitioned from this world way too soon in 2019, but he left behind the memories and ideas that we will always treasure.

The first project of Anik and his fellow artists was a popular underground pedestrian crossing Pasarela located in the heart of Bihac's downtown. Pasarela was painted with the desire that all who walk through it get inspired to become better versions of themselves. We trust that Bihac great atrists will continue this mission.
