In the vicinity of the Plitvice Lakes National Park, in the area of the Rakovica municipality, you can enjoy a beautiful educational trail Mlinica along the River Korana canyon.

Although shorter (2 km), this educational trail offers a number of natural, historical and traditional attractions. The Rakovica Tourist Board has provided info boards and signposts, and refreshments can be found in Drežnik Grad and Čatrnja settlements.

You can access the trail from Drežnik Grad or Čatrnja settlements and enjoy a nice stroll along the River Korana canyon. Nearby you can visit gentle deer at the "Dear Valley" or enjoy horseback riding at Ranch Terra.
