GMD
There is no doubt that we witness a noticeable increase in geomagnetic activity nowadays, almost every tracking station on our planet has been simultaneously recording powerful high-energy waves of cosmic radiation entering Earth's atmosphere.

Although the Earth's magnetic field protects our planet from the barrage of sun’s radiation, the Earth's magnetic field is weaker at the poles and some particles enter the Earth's atmosphere through geomagnetic storms. We humans and our animal friends also have a magnetic field which surrounds us and our bodies have the amazing ability to conduct and control electricity, but like our mighty planet we are also not entirely immune to the powerful cosmic waves.
Recent studies conducted in 263 US cities have found a direct connection between geomagnetic disturbances (GMD) and human biological effects.“Short-term GMD have been associated with a broad range of adverse health effects, including cardiovascular diseases, neurological system diseases, behavioral diseases, and total deaths.” Additional studies have yet to determine the relation between increased mortality in general population during GMD with daily clinical cardiovascular observations.
While our planet after these events experiences an increase in earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, tornadoes, and wind storms, we are being altered physically, mentally, and emotionally. Short lived physiological effects include headaches, heart palpitations, mood swings, chaotic thinking and erratic behaviors; our body can feel sleepy or highly energized, our emotions can be maximized to both good or bad side.
We are in a deep solar minimum period (period without sunspots). "During Solar Minimum, the sun's magnetic field weakens, allowing streams of solar wind to leak out of its atmosphere. Those streams lash Earth, sparking geomagnetic storms and auroras. Cosmic rays are another counterexample. The sun's weakening magnetic field allows extra cosmic rays and deep-space radiation into the solar system."
Be informed, take care of yourself and those around you - let's find our refuge in nature and harmonious company, natural settings and positive emotional environment play a major role in our health and well-being; simply seeing natural landscapes works wonders for our psychophysical recovery - and if you add a hug, wonders can get even bigger.
Extra inspiration is for your soul and your mighty heart that generates the largest electromagnetic field in your body.! ;)
