Bears Garlic Event 2016

The annual gastro-ethnic and sporting event "The Bear's Garlic Day" organized by the Municipality and the Tourist Board of Plitvice Lakes and Secondary School Plitvice Lakes will be held again this year in and around Korenica. Be sure to visit this event because the program is very good:

10.00 am, Korenica centre - Enjoy preparing and tasting local food with bear’s garlic, and traditional music, handicrafts and an art workshop for kids!
12.00 am - Take part in a guided walking tour up Mrsinj hill, Mount Pljesivica and Prozor and pick some bear’s garlic for your dinner table!
2.00 pm - If you are feeling hungry after a nice walk, there is no shortage of food. Free lunch will be served at Crkva Ružica, in the picturesque village Bjelopolje!
