We humans are unique and complex beings, and the approach to our recovery after such difficult and shocking events should encompass activities dedicated to the recovery of our body, but also our feelings and our spirit. There are still open natural oases that can provide comfort and recovery in these challenging times. No matter how long or short your visit, come and find your peace.

Our brains and bodies were designed to face acute stressors, but then they must have a period of recovery. These days we practically don't get those periods of rest and recovery, not nearly enough times, and prolonged, chronic negative stress (distress) may in turn lead to more serious health problems. Help yourself, allow your body to relax and recuperate. Treat yourself with a gem of a place to recharge your batteries because taking time to focus on inward and unwind is more important now than ever.

Let's practise being the observer observing the observer! Without any movement of thought or emotion, without prejudice, opinion or expectation - but intensely aware, looking at the bigger picture of reality.
Observe the ego having temper tantrums when it can't get its own way!
Superb place to practice these skills is - Nature! Being and observing! Little by little, step by step!

In view of the current situation, be sure to plan and arrange all details ahead:

- check the current terms;
- make contact at least 7 days before the desired arrival, especially if you plan a weekend trip, because the number of visitors per group is often limited;
- follow the weather forecast so you don’t get deprived of new experiences.

A few tips to help us recover: 
Our brain needs to rest, so let's turn of and unplug appliances as often as we can because these devices stimulate the mind too much, and that is the exact opposite of what we’re trying to accomplish - to rest and relax.

After resting, we should give ourselves an opportunity to exercise. Simple walking and running have many stress-relieving benefits. Exercise will also help you combat the effects of chronic stress on health, and if we exercise outside in green spaces we will additionally increase our resilience to stress, reduce anxiety and worry.

After exercising, we can opt for a little bit of heat and a massage. Sauna and a massage will help our body heal by making our blood flow faster than normal. Blood is the key to healing our muscles (and the heart is our most important muscle!). Heat and a massage stimulate blood flow, and that is what we need to heal our tired muscles and flush toxins from our body. Sauna can improve our health in many ways - spending time in a sauna can strengthen our heart, enhance our mental health, and promote natural detoxification.
