We are going to overcome this crisis, and while we sympathize and help each other, while we stand still and slowly move to restart our lives and economies, we can use this period, unprecedented in human history, to think about what we really value and love.

Do we want to go back to the old ways of living and doing business that contributed to deep alienation and general degradation - environmental degradation and the decline of vitally important ecosystems, social economic systems meltdown which determine the quality of our mutual coexistence, or do we want to find the strength to face the reality and restart our lives and economies with full respect for nature, socioeconomic justice, equality, rights, and a culture of peace - including personal freedom and sovereignty?!

We are by no means powerless, so while taking care of our health and peace of mind it is a good idea to remind ourselves of our important allies - proteins - large and complex molecules that are made of thousands of smaller amino acids. Proteins do most of the work in our numerous cells and play many critical roles in our bodies. There are 20 different types of amino acids that can be combined to make a protein, and the combination of amino acids determines each protein’s unique structure and its specific function in the body.

For example, one exceedingly important functions of the protein is to produce antibodies, the immune system-related proteins that attack and destroy foreign particles in the body, like viruses and bacteria, to help protect the body.

Since antibodies are produced by the immune system, let's recall these healthy ways to strengthen our immune system:

 ✅ Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
 ✅ Exercise regularly and catch some sun rays, we can do it on our balcony, terrace, or in our garden; even 20 minutes of outdoor physical activity and sun exposure is enough. If anything, we can just open a window for 15 minutes to air our rooms.
✅ Get enough sleep.
✅ Maintain a healthy weight.
✅ If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation.
✅ If you smoke, consider quitting.
Manage stress; turn off television programs and other similar sources of fear and violence-based propaganda. Chronic exposure to stress, anxiety, and negative moods in general may change the way in which our immune system response - surround yorourself as much as possible with positive content and calming energy - turn to nature, even if it is in your garden, or a flower pot on your balcony or a window.

Propaganda plays on human emotions - fear, hope, anger, frustration, sympathy - to direct audiences toward the desired goal. Let us be stronger than propaganda!

We are mighty, sovereign and free beings inhabiting stunningly powerful, abundant and beautiful home planet - Earth. The same as our planet, our heart also generates the most powerful electromagnetic field that can be measured several feet away from our body. Keep it safe, viruses or not, every expression through emotion, thought, and sound holds a specific frequency that strongly influences our whole being, with a good or bad impact on our health. Choose wisely who/what enters your field - secure direct access only for nature.

In a time when the vast majority of Earth's inhabitants are quarantined, nature is slowly being restored and cleaned. So, as soon as the conditions are right, let’s turn back to her with full respect and care for her preservation!
