Cooking contest event Trahanijada 2019 will take place close to the Bihac historical centre in the beautiful ambience of the Gelenderi Park, overlooking over 700 years old historical edifice. Experience the making of the traditional Bosnian dish, an integral part of Bosnian cuisine known as the "soup over soups" - trahana.

Combine sports and gastronomy - with the help of the Bihac citizens and the Tourist Board of Bihac you can observe the preparation, cooking and then tasting of this traditional gourmet delicacy.

The best chefs will win the prize, we will all eat fine, and the music part of the event will be taken care of by the Tamburitza band Bedem from Bihac.
